I was able to get an appointment right away. They called as soon as my car was done and sent an Uber to pick me up. I would definitely call them again if I need work done.

I had tire warning lights come on in my car. I stopped in to ask about an air pump I could try. I was told to pull around and someone would help me. The manager came out himself to help with my problem and how to reset my warning. If it didn't stop, he also told me what it more than likely was causing it. A very knowledgeable, professional, and happy to help attitude. I would recommend going to Adam's.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Adam's today, less than 24 hours after leaving my initial review, and received a very sincere apology. I greatly appreciate the phone calls and their willingness to reconcile this mishap. We all have busy and tough days; this must have been one for the team at Adams. I will happily revisit Adam's in the future. I will start by saying I have had positive experiences at Adam's in the past; however, I will not recommend them after my last visit. I was concerned that I could have a wheel bearing going out and called for an appointment. My regular mechanic couldn't get me in prior to my leaving town, so I called Adam's. When asked, they claimed they checked them, and they were fine. They claimed the noise I was hearing was because my tires were loud. They suggested many services based on age and mileage of my vehicle, and most of those things had been completed at Adam's within the last year. I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic because the noise was not addressed to my standards. It turns out I di

Absolutely amazing staff, with a special shout out to Jake! I called about my turn signal this afternoon, and he told me to come right in and they would take care of it. They had the bulb replaced in under ten minutes. Stellar service and just really good people. Thanks, Jake!!

My daughter was having surgery, and I am from out of town. My Audi Q5 oil light flashed on. I was already having challenges in life and now this. I googled repair shops near me. I had some other options but chose Adam's Automotive Center. I am so glad I did. I was kindly greeted immediately. I explained what was happening. The service desk gentleman, was quick and had a mechanic by the name of Noah come take a look at the light. Noah, treated me with respect and kindness. He was able to help and assure that I would be good to go and back on the road safely. It reminded me that there still are good people with good intentions still in this world. Thank you Noah and the entire staff at Adam's Automotive Center. You deserve 5 stars and many more.
